Title Position Description
Client Services Manager Responsible for managing and growing our customer base. Cyberchain's business relies on client satisfaction, this position requires a unique and talented individual that excels in multiple business disciplines including business development, solution selling, consulting, and customer service. Job functions include pro-actively supervising all customer implementations, implementing and maintaining a client management life cycle plan with multiple established touch points throughout the year including regularly scheduled customer surveys; identifying customers’ business challenges and align the Cyberchain portfolio of products/services to provide the solution, serve as a point of escalation for all technical related projects and Service Requests once standard functional channels have been exhausted; provide proactive sales and service support to current clients.
Sales Manager Job duties are diverse and require independent judgment, and entrepreneurial attitude. Design and deliver presentations and develop relationships with prospective clients. Develop solution proposals. Interact with C level executives, penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders. Demonstrate industry and product knowledge, in order to conduct meaningful interactions. The ability to seek and identify opportunities within a prospective customer's supply chain is a critical trait, as are impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Sales and negotiation skills are required. Software sales experience preferred.
